VILLAS
The architect’s brief for the Villas was to piece together 15 metre hardwood wharf piles, 100-year-old French clay tiles, classic lattice windows, solid wooden doors and many other valuable recycled items. These materials combined with undulating plaster walls, handcrafted joinery and Hundertwasser inspired bottle windows create a charming ‘European styled New Zealand flavoured’ synergy. The four Villas housed in two unique self-contained dwellings are distinguished with different coloured rear windows.
FAMILY VILLAS
Choose from three Family Villas suitable for up to four guests each.
Facilities include: One queen-sized bed, two single beds, one bathroom, stereo with CD / MP3 player, TV with DVD player, WiFi, microwave, two hob stove, ironing facilities. Outdoor gas BBQ, mountain bikes for hire, laundry service available.
STUDIO VILLA
Our Studio Villa is suitable for singles or couples and has been designed with the disabled guest in mind.
Facilities include: One queen-sized bed, one bathroom, stereo with CP / MP3 player, WiFi, microwave, two hob stove, ironing facilities. Outdoor gas BBQ, mountain bikes for hire, laundry service available.
Breakfast: Is available on request. Please order when booking. Provisions will be in the Villa prior to your arrival so it can be prepared at your leisure. Continental Breakfast $25.00pp & Full Breakfast $35.00pp.

Cancellation Policy: In the event we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following charges apply: If cancelled within 30 days of arrival 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.
